This month Charles Leverington of University Communications will be sharing a talk about using the popular file versioning software Git and UT GitHub Enterprise:
A refresher and continuation of Get with Git - Part 1, from our FYI series in 2018 ( https://sites.utexas.edu/fyi/2018/08/29/get-with-git-part-1/ ). Part 2, Version II will be a live-demo focused presentation, where we won’t even touch 2/3 of the documented slides! Instead we’re going to walk through UT’s GitHub Enterprise, using the GitHub Desktop app, and how VS Code is sometimes easier than both.
